I have always been extremely satisfied with Rob’s performance. During a time when the job position was new and ill-defined, Rob took the initiative to not only satisfy his responsibilities but offer help beyond his job scope. He was always prompt, responsible, reliable and professional. Rob had a number of innovative ideas of how to improve the advertising representative job and increase ad sales at the Daily Trojan. He was a quick learner and competent at successfully completing any job or project I asked of him. Coming into a newly created job role, Rob helped to define the position and furthered it beyond what I had originally imagined.
