I worked directly under Robin at Strio Consulting/Peridus Group from 2018-2022. We were both hired at the same time to build an HR department from the ground up. As a very green HR professional at the time, she proved to be the perfect seasoned HR leader to team with as I was learning and growing in my HR career. Robin is extremely approachable and knowledgeable in every facet of Human Resources. She has an amazing way of knowing what needs to be done and carrying it out in the best way suited to the circumstances at hand. She is a caring HR leader who tries to find solutions that benefit the employee and the company. I would highly recommend Robin for an HR leadership position and wouldn’t think twice about working for/with her again in the future. Any organization would benefit greatly from her experience and leadership style.
