Sometimes you can spot talent right from the beginning of someone's career, and in Robin's case this happened just 10 minutes into our first interview. Right then I knew he would outgrow our project, and so he did. Due to the challenging situation we faced in 2020 it took us a while to be able to onboard him, but he was patient and full of energy at the time he started working, and boy did he crush it.
