      Working as a Project Manager within Mace’s Public Sector Consultancy division, responsible for managing a range of projects within the London Healthcare sector. The role encompassed both a long term secondment within a leading London NHS Foundation Trust, as well as managing projects on behalf of third party clients within London’s private hospitals and NHS Trusts.The role encompassed a holistic management service across the RIBA plan of work, including the procurement and management of the design team, management of tender documentation, contractor selection and on site management and project closure. The role also comprised the effective management of project constraints (such as risk, financial, quality and time limitations) and close liaison with all project stakeholders.The role included working as part of a project management team responsible for the design and delivery of a multiphase, multimillion pound Orthopaedic Theatres Centre of Excellence. Previously I was seconded to a leading London NHS Foundation Trust responsible for managing a range of healthcare projects within the Trust’s capital programme.
