Whilst working under Robin at the NRMA, it was a privilege to absorb Robins vast knowledge and fantastic experience in general management. Robin acted as not only a manager and a leader but also a mentor. During Robin's time he managed all aspects of the ICT Department. His key strengths are his wealth of project management, technical and business experience, and his ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. He is a real pleasure to work with professionally and personally, I look forward to having the opportunity to work with him again and highly recommend his work
Kim Ellis
Robin was engaged in his capacity as the Principal of Point of Impact to undertake a review of the customer service and operational standards of Moore Park Golf. He delivered a 'journey experience' report on our golf business and then followed up with briefings for staff and contractors. Robin did an outstanding job on getting straight to the core issues and offering creative business solutions and incisive observations. His report was concise and comprehensive and his presentations were right on target and well received by our team. It was a great investment getting Robin for this key task.

Manager Sport and Recreation
-
Jun 2012 - May 2013
Robin was responsible for sport and recreation at one of Sydney’s largest and most diverse sporting precincts, Centennial Parklands. His portfolio of responsibilities included the Moore Park Golf Complex, the Centennial Parklands Equestrian Centre, the ES Marks Athletics Stadium and management of over 100 other playing fields and courts. The income from these facilities combined to generate almost half of Centennial Park and Moore Park Trust’s total revenue. Regular users of the Moore Park Golf Complex will have noticed a number of significant changes that occurred during Robin’s time at Centennial Parklands. Key initiatives included golf course changes designed to improve player experience and pace of play, a refresh of the 60 bay driving range, wheelchair accessible hitting bays, the launch of the Sydney Golf Academy which provides specific golf programs for women, children, seniors, elite players and corporates. A change in catering experience has helped deliver significant growth in corporate event and function performance. With a locker room and accessible amenities upgrade project underway, and an approved concept plan for the development of the golf precinct the future of Moore Park Golf looks very positive.
