  My day to day role is to ensure all drivers complete deliveries and collections we receive for the day, while maintaining a high ETA percentage.In the afternoon/evening it is my sole job to make sure our two trailers full with customers freight departs from the depot on time to travel to the main sorting hub in Birmingham. I also regularly conduct interviews for new candidates for delivery drivers and class 1 drivers.I also have my class 1 HGV licence which on emergencies I will either deliver palletised freight or drive to our sorting hubs at night.   My main role in the army was a desert hawk pilot, while on tour i Afghanistan I was attached to the royal tank regiment with my detachment. For 7 months we drive around on operations and when needed we would fly the unmanned air system to give surveillance to troops on the ground. It was my job to pilot the plane and set waypoints in the designated area while giving clear descriptions of footage from the plane.
