Rob and I worked together developing and implementing the EMSP (Engineering and Maintenance Standards and Procedures) for the company. It is in place and has been the foundation for our Maintenance Excellence Program. Rob's work was tremendous and beneficial to improving the performance of how engineering and maintenance support our operations. Rob has been terrific in support efforts at our plant with TPM and Quick Changeover. Not only has he led our events, he has helped train our CI Manager in both disciplines. Rob's approach to teaching is unique. Our team really understands the concepts. Operations and maintenance work very well as a team. He knows his material and does a great job of mixing the classroom with hands on. Our operators love learning more about their equipment. All truly have improved their performance. Downtime has definitely been reduced. I can always count on Rob to help when we are in need of his Continuous Improvement experience. He also displays strong cultural traits by valuing how each individual contributes to the team.
