Oversee the ever growing R4K (Ready For Kindergarten) Initiative. Launched in the Fall of 2016 with ten committee members supporting three school districts with Family School Navigators. In 2019, we are a true collective impact committee with 62 members, Advocacy and Research Teams, seven Family School Navigators and serving over 500 children and their families in eight elementary schools located in Herkimer and Oneida Counties, New York. In addition, I write grants to enhance United Way's resource development and to support all initiatives (R4K, 2-1-1 Mid-York, Utica ESPRI, and the Free Tax Preparation). Show less
