A LinkedIn page just clued me in to Robin's now being at The Melt instead of Peet's. Well, that is The Melt's gain and Peet's loss for sure. Robin's role at Peet's carried a heavy weight of accountability and responsibility, yet she always knew how to be practical and clearly distinguish between "must haves" and "wish list" items of a project. In addition, she was always respectful of everyone, both senior colleagues, junior colleagues and direct reports. I hope the folks at The Melt know how lucky they are to have her on board.
