Dual delivery role focused on both business unit delivery for non operated West Africa assets and corporate delivery in the Petroleum Engineering and Reserve & Contingent Resources spaces. West Africa Portfolio Subsurface Manager - accountable for appraisal & development activities across Tullows CWA portfolio comprising circa 30 fields in Gabon, Equatorial Guinea and Cote Ivoire which deliver circa 1/3 of the companies production. Leading a team of 8 technical professionals from geoscience through to development engineering to optimise value and manage this diverse non-operated portfolio through a period of uncertainty driven by Covid19 and an unprecedented oil price crash. Building and sustaining strong joint venture relationships and open engagements is a key deliverable to secure this growth area. In addition from April 2020 took on the role of Chief Petroleum Engineer accountable for PE manpower planning and deployment through material re-organisation processes across the company, and reserves and contingent resource process definition and reporting of the companies assets.Left Tullow end 2020 to pursue new opportunities.
