Having worked with Robin for nearly 15 years when she was at MultiPlan, I have seen her command extensive knowledge in all areas of benefits, compensation and HRIS. She has a hands-on approach to management and quickly inspires trust in her colleagues and other peers. I worked with Robin for 14 years, first at Private Healthcare Systems and then at Multiplan. I was Robin's direct supervisor for the last 9 years. During that time, Robin's position expanded from Benefits Manager to Manager of Benefits and Compensation and lastly to AVP of Benefits and Compensation and HRIS. During a period of tremendous growth for the company, acquiring 5 companies in 5 years, Robin continued to expand her expertise and knowledge and was always eager to take on additional responsibilities. She has strong project management skills and successfully led many complex HR integration projects. Robin has extensive experience in benefits and compensation strategy, planning and administration. She is smart and hard-working and is a very effective manager. On a personal level, Robin is a warm and engaging individual and I miss working with her. She will be an asset to any organization.
