Skilled in home health care operations, strategy, talent development and coaching. My home health care experience began in September 1997 as an Associate. I was promoted to a Client Services Manager in 1998 and again to a Director for the Winston-Salem Skilled office in 1999. After tremendous growth and opening new office locations within the state, I was promoted to Area Director in 2005 I was promoted in 2010 to Division Director with oversight over skilled nursing in all offices in the Foothills, Piedmont and Eastern parts of NC and one office in Charleston, SC. I was promoted to a Sr VP Operations/Regional Director in 2018 with oversight of all skilled nursing offices in the states of AZ, GA, and NC. I oversaw operations and strategy across all states. I oversaw the opening of BAYADA’s first office in TX and took on more responsibility adding the state of DE as well as nine offices in the Philadelphia, PA area. In total, I was most recently responsible for oversight of 44 offices which included pediatric nursing and personal care, adult skilled nursing, staffing, and pediatric therapies across AZ, DE, NC, PA and TX together generating over 230M annualized revenue.I am an SME in starting operations de novo and the following home health care services: Private Duty Nursing, Pediatric and Adult Personal Care and Skilled Nursing Care. I am a trained facilitator for Everything DiSC, Giving & Receiving Actionable Feedback, Coaches Training, etc. My passion is in helping others reach their full potential. Show less
