Collaborating with the small-but-mighty Marketing team is essential to develop designs and strategy for a wide variety of projects--branding, email marketing, website content, lead generation, social media, sales literature, events, and business acquisition materials. Starting July 2019 I started managing marketing efforts for used equipment for the Kensar Equipment division. Learning the products and customers, developing processes, and managing the listings for used equipment has been a rewarding challenge. I most enjoy diving in on the data and reporting to identify trends, gaps, and identify ways to improve. Coming into this team I actively listened, documented, and introduced ideas to build an email marketing strategy, adding written and graphic content to the website, using Google Analytics to measure marketing efforts, and helping build a more cohesive brand. I have led the implementation of a project management tool, SmartSheet, to align management and team members on projects, priorities, and deadlines. Show less

Trade shows, website & social media graphics, print & digital advertising, catalogs and product imagery all culminate to create the J.W. Speaker brand. I brought together Marketing, Sales, and Engineering teams to develop materials for a consistent and industry-leading brand across marketing channels. It requires a value for the details, organization, and a passion for improvement to see a brand develop. This process excites and drives me to build , learn, and improve. I invite you to explore my portfolio to experience the campaigns and materials I helped to launch at J.W. Speaker (link in Contact information).

Germantown, WI Strengthened branding across sales and marketing materials with an emphasis on consistent branding. I designed logos and retail packaging designs for more than 20 agricultural work lights and headlight products. I supported the Human Resources department marketing initiatives by photographing the work environment, employee events, and on-the-job photos for new recruitment materials. All the while, I learned about the company culture, the products, and about lighting technologies.

The Registrar's Office is also responsible for many different forms and documentation of student information, and part of my job was also focused on scanning and filing both printed and electronic forms, which required precision and high attention to detail. Due to the high volume of private student information and FERPA laws, there was a high level of confidentiality with the position. Show less
