I manage the chandlery and Volvo Penta parts department. The department serves in house and external marine engineers, trade customers and boat owning retail customers. As the sole Volvo Penta Service Dealer in Guernsey we carry over 1,300 Volvo Penta parts which are replenished weekly. The chandlery is well known for its comprehensive range of International and Hempel antifoul and coatings, MG Duff and Piranha anodes as well as a multitude of cleaning products and general chandlery. We also carry an extensive range of loose fixings and fittings including nuts, bolts, washers and screws in A4 marine grade stainless steel. 50% of my time is spent in the boatyard department undertaking various roles including Company Secretary and HR as well as supporting the senior management team in running the business on a day to day basis.
