I asked Robin to partner with me on an instructional design project, because i know her to be a very positive and energetic professional who becomes fully committed to all her undertakings. Robin produced Instructional design that was creative and engaging. I found working with Robin to be easy and fun. She is very collaborative and always met deadlines. I work with Robin on in our professional organization, and her commitment to excellence is always evident!

I recently have worked with Robin in a group and personal setting to help me increase my efficiency at work and ability to feel in control of my schedule. Robin's methods are very practical and easy to implement. For any question or concern I raise, she always has a very quick and effective solution. She has taught me numerous tricks to better manage my day, manage those above me and below me, and better balance my personal life. She leverages existing tools in Microsoft Office to help with managing schedules. She has extensive knowledge of these applications and always shares a helpful short-cut or trick to make them that much easier to use. I would recommend Robin to anyone that wants to improve their work-life fit, productivity at work, and general satisfaction with their job.

Mediation for parents going through separation and divorce. Make all of the plans and decisions to file for an uncontested divorce within the safe, neutral, accountable space held by 2Peaceful Homes. Once all the paperwork is signed, we continue to provide a safe and supported space to confront the issues that arise as the official plans play out in real life. Divorce is often messy, and it triggers people's childhood traumas around worthiness, attachment, and shame. This can cause even the most well-intentioned parents to turn inward and behave selfishly, sometimes inadvertently involving their children in their ongoing conflicts. Inward reflection and selfishness are fine and can be a healthy part of the divorce process, but it shouldn't be something children have to experience. Children need their parents to support them through this difficult life change. 2Peaceful Homes mediation supports parents going through separation and divorce to confront the anger, grief, and vulnerability divorce creates openly and honestly in a safe and neutral space so parents can go home and be the supportive adults their children need them to be at home. If they can no longer provide one peaceful home, we can help parents provide 2Peaceful Homes.

I manage and drive the design, strategy, sales, and delivery of programs designed to enhance the sustainability of the productivity and professional development consulting we provide. Our culture & communication program is a consultative program designed to support teams and organizations streamline how they collaborate and communicate in order to reduce the stress of reactive environments - too much e-mail, too many meetings, too many interruptions and "911s" - and increase the sense of control and focus on strategic initiatives. Our McGhee Learning System is a unique blended content and learning management system designed to support our clients with the application and sustainability of our consultative and training programs. It is available in English and Spanish and provides interactive eLearning materials designed to engage our clients in continuing to apply and enhance their learning.
