      In our association, this role is the merge of two key functions. As a youth mouvement, mainly functioning thanks to, with and for volunteers, Les Scouts ASBL is a major actor in its sector. As the volunteers are the core business of the association, they also are the one's who decide about the main orientation. Therefore a national staff is elected every three years among the volunteers. The president is then the head of the national board as well as of the administration board. As a member of the national board, I'm first of all a volunteer and afterwards the general administrator. My main task is to gather all the needs of the national board (volunteers) regarding the project's planning to ensure the efficient and adequate allocation of the association's ressources (HR & Finances). In order to achieve the support to the 12000 other volunteers, I can count on and manage the 60 employees of Les Scouts ASBL.

All the Master Data Management occurs in two steps: a check made by the team Sales Systems, the results are then communicated to the different factories for the data base's maintenance in collaboration with the German colleagues. And as 3rd role I was responsible for the dealership network supports and trainings related to the sales softwares.Another activity is the frenquent particitpation to international workshops with European colleages in order to improve the quality and the ergonomy of the software. The most important goal is of course to make it as User Friendly as possible.
