My husband and I were first-time home buyers, and she made the mortgage experience much less painful than I'm sure it could have been. She is easy to get hold of when you have questions, and explains everything very well. We have just closed on our loan and are sad to no longer need her services! However, I have already been telling everyone I know who is in the market for a new home, or re-fi, to call Robin. We never once felt that we were in danger of being taken advantage of by the credit union, nor that we were paying more than necessary for any one line-item. She is extremely friendly and wonderful at what she does - I highly recommend her services.
