Robin is a strategic liaisons with clients – whether boards and committees of our professional associations, or chairs and organizing committees for our professional development events. Willow’s Client Managers have the knowledge and experience in addressing essential requirements for associations such as governance structures, operational budgets, membership campaigns, marketing and communication plans, annual general meetings, recognition programs, and professional development initiatives. Client Managers also have the expertise to plan and deliver flawless professional development events including hands-on training courses, academic symposia, conferences, workshops with case studies and site tours, and tradeshow management. They undertake the development and monitoring of critical paths and budgets; research and contract with external suppliers; assist in the development of the program and interact with presenters; determine registration fees and policies; handle the marketing and communication plans; manage the tradeshow (from gathering prospects to closing the sale) and ensure all on-site requirements and post-event activities are fulfilled. Robin currently manages the Real Property Institute of Canada (RPIC), the Thermal Insulation Association of Canada (TIAC), Sustainable Labs Canada (SLCan), Canadian Evaluation Society National Capital Chapter (CES-NCC) and the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) Ottawa Chapter. For these clients, Robin also manages the following Workshops/Conferences: - Annual RPIC Real Property National Workshop - Annual RPIC Federal Contaminated Sites National/Regional Workshop - Bi-annual RPIC Marine Infrastructure National Workshop - Bi-annual RPIC Forum on the Workplace - Annual TIAC Conference - Annual SLCan Conference - CES-NCC Annual Learning Event She previously managed the Canadian Society for Epidemiology and Biostatistics, Canadian-Independent Group of Funeral Homes and Canadian Energy Efficiency Alliance.
