Management of two support analysts to ensure work is completed within agreed SLA's. Escalation of system defects or configuration changes to relevant parties including the company development team and coordination to resolution in line with client expectations. Working with developers to ensure a timely resolution of issues and management throughout the defect lifecycle. Configuration of client specific systems and management of ongoing maintenance of each tailored client system. On-site and on-line training of new and existing customers on all aspects of their system configuration, including system enhancements. Defining the test approach and implementation plan for new client implementations by working with developers and project teams. Designing test cases to ensure new implementations are accurately tested and regression testing of the core system. Thorough testing of system enhancements/change requests/fixes in a testing environment to ensure correct functionality and highlight any issues for resolution before client live systems are upgraded. Management of new and ongoing customer system projects via an online project management tool. In March 2014 I travelled to Australia for ten days to support the go live phase of a new client system.
