Robin was an integral part of our leadership team at Canada Hockey Place. His unfailing enthusiasm and dedication was inspiring and infectious - we trained over 3000 staff during many consecutive sessions and he was amazing each and every time. As a Trainer, Robin is top-notch. He takes the time to intimately understand the subject matter, and do additional research to become a content expert. As a facilitator, he makes the learning environment comfortable and fun. He easily builds rapport with his students and with his fellow facilitators. His evaluation forms consistently showed this, and so Robin was often selected to lead additional sessions. Robin is one of those people you truly enjoy being around.
