Robert managed the Swiss commercial team after a period of high employee fluctuation and customer dissatisfaction. He was tasked to repair broken processes and replenish the organisation with operational leasing and fleet management knowhow. His longstanding deep industry knowhow and experience as well as his systematic, precise and structured way are remarkable and a strong foundation for either putting a struggling business back on track or for giving a growing business a structured foundation. I can strongly recommend Robert for that.

Gedreven, gestructureerd en betrouwbaar, dat is het eerste wat naar boven komt wanneer ik aan Robert denk. Jaren geleden heb ik Robert leren kennen bij een gezamenlijke klant. Robert was als ‘troubleshooter’ verantwoordelijk voor deze klant en ik was daarbij betrokken als extern tactisch beheerder. Gezamenlijk hebben we de knelpunten pragmatisch aangepakt en heeft dit weer geleid tot een gezonde en prettige klant-leverancier verhouding. Recent hebben we weer samengewerkt nadat Robert mij had benaderd om commerciële ondersteuning te bieden bij LeasePlan Zwitserland. Daar heb ik ervaren dat door het aanbrengen van nieuwe structuren, Robert er in geslaagd was de efficiëntie op de afdeling te verbeteren. Wat zich weer vertaalde in een sterk verbeterde klanttevredenheid. Bijzonder onder de indruk was ik dat hij zich niet van de wijs liet brengen en een aantal klanten die de samenwerking al hadden opgegeven, actief door Robert werden benaderd met het verzoek voor nog een kans. We hadden soms pittige en confronterende klant gesprekken, maar Robert wist de klant toch voor zich te winnen. Dit komt door zijn goede voorbereiding, maar vooral ook door zijn betrouwbaarheid. Robert zegt namelijk wat hij doet en hij doet wat hij zegt. Verder is het erg prettig om met hem samen te werken, dit komt mede door zijn altijd goede humeur en zijn humor. Robert verdient mijn oprechte aanbeveling voor zowel tevreden klanten als medewerkers.
