  International Statistics & Financial Reporting Responsible for setting up management reporting systems for KPMGs International Management Committee, International Executive Team, regional and functional management teams. Implemented efficiency improvements on data collection processes and worked over the years closely together as subject matter expert with various ICT specialists as well as KPMG management. Integrated various information streams into integrated management reports. Translated strategy into reporting needs. Some projects: Involved in initial phase of an international project to set up an integrated common practice management system -SAP- to be implemented in all KPMG countries (144). Involvement based on international knowledge of the complex international KPMG networks of independent member firms and reporting needs of KPMGs international management. Member of the core project team to implement monthly client-reporting cycles for all KPMG member-firms to ensure SOx - compliance. I worked extensively with in- and external ICT specialists from requirements gathering-phase to testing, rolling out and supporting the system on a daily basis when it became operational. Developed first international data-collection and reporting processes for KPMGs Global HR network, defining their business requirements and translated these in process requirements for our ICT experts. Performed key role in testing database design and functionality. Designed the various quarterly executive reports. Responsible for KPMGs improved International Client Reporting system replacing KPMGs first generation systems. Overall responsibility on this project.
