I had the great pleasure of working with Robert Jones at Trilogy/2U, where he led the creation of a world-class Product Management Bootcamp. Robert's management style is rooted in a deep sense of empathy, trust and positivity, and he quickly earned the respect and trust of his team of product managers and curriculum engineers. He never hesitated to roll up his sleeves and jump into the details when necessary, but also served as a strong shield, liaison and advocate for his team. And last but not least, he's a great listener and an innovative thinker who makes complex, fast-paced work seem easy, collaborative and fun.

I had the pleasure of working with Robert during his tenure at Harvard. He brought such a valuable, fresh perspective to the organization and was an incredible contributor to our innovation at a time when it was critical based on market demands. Robert is skilled at defining strategic direction, but also very respected as a manager when orchestrating a team to execute on that strategy. He is one of those people that is almost impossible not to enjoy being around. Robert also claims to be an introvert, although that is difficult to believe when you see his public speaking skills. Robert will be missed around these halls.
