Parsley in Time is an outstanding family-run company based in Central London. We have garnered a superb reputation within the Hospitality industry having serviced it successfully for 30 years. We have some prestigious customers within our ranks who remain loyal because of the tremendous service that they receive. We work with top suppliers of tableware, glassware, bar supplies, cleaning and hygiene equipment and more, enabling us to offer both front and back-of-house solutions. Whilst building relationships with existing customers and suppliers, my role is to bring many more new sites on board as I spread the word of Parsley in Time throughout London and beyond. Show less

I covered all EC and WC postcodes in Central London, dealing with busy hotels, restaurants and attractions. The majority of my working week was spent on patch. This exciting role involved a mixture of managing & growing existing customers as well as identifying and securing new business. Alliance London distributes over 25,000 product lines including glassware, tableware, cleaning chemicals, disposables and bar supplies. As such, I was also required to build and maintain fruitful relationships with suppliers of these products. Show less

    • Key Account Manager
      • Sep 2011 - Sep 2012

Covering the UK & Ireland, this role involved a mixture of Retail and Foodservice accounts. Retail customers included SPAR regional distributors, Bargain Booze and Dunnes Stores. Foodservice accounts included NHS Supply Chain, Bannatynes Leisure Clubs and NUSSL. The role coincided with the launch of the brand new Foodservice range of flapjacks, cakes and muffins. We promoted these at various exhibitions for the NUS and NHS and I was instrumental in our involvement at lunch! 2012 at the BDC. Show less

A short stint working for this global company with some terrific brands. Effectively a merchandising role, the customer base comprised of independent off licenses & supermarkets as well as visits to Asda and Tesco stores on patch. The most enjoyable aspect of the job was working with pub landlords and selling in beer lines, where I did some good work with Greene King and Wetherspoons sites. An excellent company to work for. My first real sales job, I enjoyed a near 5 year career at Rollover - "the best hot dog in the world" The role started purely as new business, identifying venues across the UK and demonstrating this brilliant fast food concept. As well as selling product in - sausages, bread, sauces, disposables - we also loaned in equipment and POS. The company was sold to investors Piper, who introduced a regional structure and modified the role to encompass both new business and account management. Our team regularly earned quarterly commission and a breakthrough in the Convenience Retail sector as well as the impressive Cineworld contract allowed the business to really grow. A hands-on role, I was involved in over 20 major catering exhibitions in the UK & Ireland and trained multiple groups of staff. I developed accounts by bending over backwards to make things work. A truly enjoyable role with a unique company. Show less
