During that time, I remember Roberto always making the time to help others solve problems at work, and as a skillful and knowledgeable professional focused on proposing effective solutions within the required due dates. Roberto easily assumed leadership of workgroups, and promoted a work environment based on friendship and trust. He had an executive approach to work, was quick to connect people and resources, and quite open to incorportating new processes and procedures (Operational excellence was being rolled out at the time).
