Scope: Management suppliers for Interior Commodity of GM. These provide IP, Consoles, Doors, Garnish, etc. like components and finished goods, focus on APQP, Quality and Volume to achieve GM requirements. Also I am supported them into solution problems for their process. They have used process manufacturing for injection plastic, aluminum, wood and leather for all GM brands (Cadillac, Buick and Chevrolet).Administration: management 12 suppliers.Principal goals: 50% of my suppliers get the Excellent Award recognition in 2014, First Greenfield supplier from PO delivered and SOP in 6 months. Owner of MTTR, MTBF, downtime and dimensional indicators of the department.Administration: management human and budget resources.Principal goals: Increased maintenance crew from 2 to 3 shifts and assembly line for 1 to 2 shifts with no shutdown line.

VDQM Vehicle Dimensional Qulity Manger

Scope: LaunchT250 / 255 projects. Management of dimensional conformance for new product (AVEO) in a San Luis Potosí Greenfield. I had responsibility for all the dimensional indicators - Body Shop (A, B and C Metrics) and General Assembly (FVS metric), also I approved all components and assemblies for body shop and final vehicles from dimensional point of view, validating the physical product VS design intent and doing the correction into the design or product, it's depends of minimum cost and time impact to get the better quality product.Administration: management human and budget resources. Also coordinate activities among multiple departments and suppliers of finish products.Principal goals: First launch that were achieved all dimensional targets before saleable events and maintained over 3 months after SOP.
