  As Technical Manager of the H2020 AI@EDGE Research and Innovation Action, I am responsible for ensuring that the overall project scientific quality, as well as project deliverables, comply with expectations and that deliverables are correctly and timely communicated or transferred to the EU, to the relevant decision making and advisory bodies and to partners requiring them as input. I am also in charge of ensuring that all partners’ contributions meet the work-program expectations and negotiate the original distribution of effort in the proposal preparation and negotiation phase for the whole consortium. Within the project I work in close cooperation with the Project Coordinator, I chair the technical meetings focussing on a technical field, and is I am responsible for the overall technical policy and direction of the project.
