I work and lead one of the product teams of the company, in close contact with Designers and Product Managers. The team is composed, excluding me, of 9 engineers, 3 Back End Engineers, 1 Infrastructure Engineer and 5 Front End Engineers. My product team's objective is to deliver a performant and modern architecture for our product UI. To achieve this objective, we divided the work into two parts: we are refactoring the legacy Front End code to React from the C# MVC implementation and are working on adding new functionality and improving our product responsiveness.I have worked as an Engineer Manager for four of my colleagues since November 2021, taking care of their performance in the team, their growth and their needs to achieve their career goals.In addition, I'm helping with people management for members of the team I lead.In the summer of 2021, I've been Engineer Manager for one intern.In the summer of 2022, I supported one of my team's Senior members to be Engineer Manager for two interns.

I worked in the Web team. We built the company's Web version of the application. The work is split between the bug fixing of the existing project, where we use Angular2 with the usage of Typescript, SASS and HTML5, and the building of the new project that will substitute the actual one. In this project, we use React.js, Angular4 or VanillaJs (ES7), depending on the widget, for the UI, Redux, SASS and HTML5 for the UX.In the last months, I worked as head of web developers. I worked in the Web team. We built the company's Web version of the application.
