I worked in the same technical support team as Roberto for around 7 years - Roberto being based in our Toronto office offering telephone and emal support to our customers around the World and myself being home based in the UK, providing site visit, training, email and telephone support to customers across the EMEA. Roberto was an excellent, extremely professional, highly motivated colleague, always happy to assist myself (as a remote engineer) and our mutual customers - also regularly utilising the well equipped office lab environment for the setting up of equipment in the replication of customer issues. Being an English and native Spanish speaker was an excellent asset which I used for my own benefit when dealing with Spanish speaking customers in the EMEA region.
