  HTC is producer cable assemblies for Robots, Industrial automation, Medical equipments, Railway, Rolling-stock, Oil and Gas. It is part of Tecnikabel Group and is working worldwide directly or through other own production plants located in China.I am engaged in development and follow new businesses worldwide for cables and cables assembly for the Industrial Automation market, included sales of raw cables and circular connectors, i supervise development of technical documentation and presentation, i support and drive also engineers of Technical Dept. to develop new products. Thanks to my knowledge of Motors connectivity, circular connectors and new hybrid connectors (Good knowledge of product portfolio from TE-Intercontec, Coninverse, Hummel and Hypertac) i support the OEM during development of new motors series and cable assemblies.Good knowledge also of general connectors (MIL, rectangular, etc.).I follow also the startup of new production lines for cables assembly and special custom connectors.I love all new smart technologies like IOT, AI, particularly focusing on Robotics and AGV market.   I'm following the startup of new production plant located in Shanghai for the production of cables assembly for Robotic applications.I analyzed the local market for six months to test the real potential before that the company investing in this project.I opened contacts with the local government, work began with the consulting firm that supported us, researched the production plant suitable and selected the top employees.I followed together with the General Manager start of the first productions and co-ordinated the development of education personnel and the new documentation in Chinese.I support directly the sales force to develop new business for Robotics.
