I highly recommend Mr. Garcia. I first met Roberto on a nuclear waste project where the safety protocols are quite different from commercial grade projects. After getting to sit in and participate on numerous safety meetings being conducted by Roberto right off the bat I could see how seriously he cared about the well being of every person on this particular job site.
