I worked with Roberto at a number of Masco business units. Roberto was instrumental in the redesign of production floor for a Masco business unit in Mexico. We managed to double the output in units at this plant. Roberto is hard working motivated individual with a creative way of implementing new ideas into the work force. I can strongly attest to Roberto's character and leadership abilities.

Roberto was/is a highly talented Industrial Engineer. Our role within the Masco Corporate engineering support function was to provide industrial engineering support to our numerous business units. Each BU operated in discrete industries and thus had multiple and varied products, processes and challenges. As a corporate IE Roberto had to be highly flexible and nimble - quickly assessing a businesses' needs and determing the best soultion and procedures to apply to their business and culture. This could involve more traditional industrial techniques (line balancing, process improvements etc) or the application of Lean / Kaizen type programs. Roberto and I worked together for several years and closely on several projects during that period and Roberto proved himself to be a highly intelligent professional engineer. In addition we spent 3-years together completing our Masco sponsored MBA. This enabled me to observe Roberto stretching himself and performing extremely well outside his IE comfort zone. All in all Roberto is a well rounded, talented business professional
