We immediately connected and shared a very similar vision on leading a team, strategies for driving revenue, and an overall similar moral compass. After several months of staying in touch, I was lucky enough to receive an offer to come work for the Jets later that year. Stepping into a new organization always presents unique challenges, but having Roberto as a support made the transition significantly easier.
