It was a great professional and personal experience to have worked with Robert. As a manager he demostrated true lead-by-example leadership and responded quickly to challenges. He was always very warm and focused and willing to listen. Another great quality Robert showed, was the support he showed to our team and always had our back. He created a very positive atmosphere which yielded results as the team was full of amazing people who got along and worked in complete harmony.
