I have had the pleasure to work with Robert Lepore and his staff at the De Palma Hotel Corporation. Pacific Mercantile Bank had an OREO (hotel) property that was located out of state and was being managed by several other hotel management companies. All of these companies were never able to create an effective marketing plan to help increase revenues at the Texas property. In fact, for several years the property was operating in the red until Robert and the De Palma Hotel Corporation was hired. Once the management team changed, Robert was instrumental in establishing a new marketing plan which ultimately created new markets and greater exposure for the property. He was successful in reviving the property, reducing costs and increasing revenue. The hotel went from operating in the negative to having record revenues. The bank attributes this success to Robert Lepore. I would highly recommend Robert to any company looking for a skillful, diligent and effective manager in the hospitality business.
