Turnkey Design Services, LLC (TDS) is a leader in the design, development and manufacture of Flow On Demand micro pumps and Variable Speed Drives (VSD) for a wide range of applications. The Turnkey patent pending miniature, lightweight fixed displacement pump developed for UAS applications is driven by a highly reliable permanent magnet, brushless motor that is controlled by "smart" electronics. The Turnkey patent pending self-powering VSD technology behaves like an electronically controlled continuous variable transmission. It is capable of setting a particular speed ratio on demand and can be used to maintain alternators/generators at their best efficiency speed independent of their prime mover speed. It can also be used to transform fixed displacement pumps into flow on demand pumps without the weight penalty induced by a motor.
