Bob has great account management and customer service skills to resolve issues and challenges at current customer sites in order to penetrate them to grow profit, as well as, up-selling them on new solutions. He can build strong relationships and create champions easily to close complex sales with many stakeholders. Bob is a professional medical sales representative that has been successful at solution and strategic conceptual selling, prospecting, managing long capital sales cycles, and closing sales at EndoSoft. Bob is a great communicator and consultant that can easily explain the value of technical solutions within workflow, government regulations, reimbursement, ROI, operations, interoperability, and broader HIT ecosystem to physicians and administrators.
