As SDL I was responsible for the Unified Communications (modern voice and advanced communications) and collaboration solutions like Microsoft 365, Mail, Skype for Business, MS Teams and Cisco WebEx.This included service management of the associated services and leading a international team of 12 FTE in providing stable, reliable and efficient UC&C services. Our objective was to further mature the services and solutions under it from the ground up, developing a sustainable base for future technology evolution. This focused standardization, consolidation, customer centric and functionality driven. Here we offered advanced remote working options and hands-on support, actively providing continuous adoption effort (ACM) to guide the DLL user community in efficiently using old and new technology to boost productivity and self-reliance of our users.I am proud of the DLL's ability to completely work from home for all 35 locations worldwide, based on the Future Workplace rollout last year, without any interruption.
