Rob was my manager for three years at WOFL/WOGX in Orlando. In that time I experienced significant professional growth, and much of that can be directly attributed to Rob's leadership and mentoring. Rob taught me how to edit and helped me sharpen my writing, producing, and directing skills. No matter if he was focused on news, syndication, or sports promotion, Rob's creative leadership and sensibility was always top notch. Rob's calm demeanor under pressure and ability to communicate effectively with creatives was something I still try to emulate to this day. Rob taught me the value of clear and consistent promotion, but he wasn't ever afraid to take chances either. Rob is a strong, experienced, and adaptable creative leader who knows the inside and out of advertising and promotion. He would be a major asset to any organization in need of a strong creative mind. I highly recommend him.

I had the good fortune to work with Robert on two different occasions. In our earlier years working together, I could clearly see his strength as a leader. In our second term working together years later, it was clear that his years of experience had strengthened his skills. Robert is a strong and compassionate leader who knows how to handle the needs of his team.
