I have worked with Rab for over 20 years in various companies and roles. Most recently he work for me at General Dynamics as Technical Manager leading a software team developing LTE stack and baseband software. His expert knowledge and development experience was central to the successful delivery of numerous projects, and to the accuracy of planning and budget estimations. Rab is very much a thought leader, establishing new process where needed to bring quality and consistent on-time and on-budget delivery to developments. His leadership style has always been to lead from the front, inspiring trust and motivating his team. Prior to the acquisition by General Dynamics, Rab was a key Technical Manager at IPWireless, driving innovation in software development and manufacturing test processes. Rab has the drive, determination, technical and business knowledge that will make him successful in whatever he does, and a great asset for whoever he works for.

Robert Armstrong was my manager at IPWireless where I was employed as a contractor implementing automated testing, where I was mainly focused on the Air Interface Tests. I found Robert to be a very good manager, and I would be happy to work for him in the future.
