As the President of Insightlink Communications, I oversee numerous research projects in the fields of employee surveys, employee exit surveys, new hire surveys and 360 performance evaluations. We have developed our own model of Employee Engagement called the 4Cs -- Commitment, Culture, Communications and Compensation -- which we use to help our clients not only understand their corporate cultures but see where they can make meaningful change to improve their work environments.
