  As Managing Director, I oversee and lead strategic planning efforts and organizational development initiatives of the company. I'm responsible for managerial oversight of day-to-day operations, including overseeing all human resource policies, overseeing contract negotiations, and working with the Executive team to facilitate staff and Board communications. I serve as the primary staff liaison to the Board, guiding recruitment and development, and working closely with the Executive Committee regarding Epic’s operation. Working In conjunction with the Executive Director, I am responsible for strategizing and implementing all fundraising activities, as well as strategizing and overseeing the implementation of all promotion, marketing, and advocacy efforts of the organization. As the functional CFO of the organization, I work with the Executive Director and the Board’s Finance committee to generate an annual budget as well as supervising Epic’s accounting systems, including the annual audit.
