I had the pleasure and privilege of observing and working with Rob when his intellectual capital was on full display as he led, directed, and planned the $23.7M / 61,000 sq. ft. campus renewal project for Columbus AFB Military Treatment Facility in support of 180 employees (military, civilian and contractors), 34 service/product lines, ambulatory services and patient administration for 5,500 enrolled and 18,000 catchment area beneficiaries generating 35,000 out-patient visits annually.
