Information Operations Coordinator for a deployed airborne brigade conducting COIN and SFA in Southwest Afghanistan. Synchronized the brigade’s IO efforts. Planned and implemented an Afghan IO training course. Developed and led the non-lethal effects, synchronized activities with lethal effects via the targeting cycle. Supervised the programming and distribution of five man portable radio stations into areas that had no previous FM broadcast platform. Secured funding for a 1.6 million dollar radio station, television, and billboard advertising program in Kandahar City.
