Rob came to lead an editorial session at HarrisonParrott on the subject of Building a more inclusive community and to talk about some of his extensive experience in this area. What a thoroughly inspiring hour! Full of passion but also grounded in some data and reality. Nicely summarised in his quote and call to action: "respond to the world as you find it rather than as you wish it would be". And for me - as a fellow rugby enthusiast - I loved his personal story connecting inclusivity with performance. Many participants came to me afterwards to say how hugely stimulating they found the discussion. Rob did a fantastic job of demonstrating inclusivity first hand through his content and the way in which he delivered and engaged everyone in the room.... thank you!
