I Took part in several one on one interviews with prospects ranging from ages 17 to 35. I had two High Schools assigned to me where i would go often, mostly at lunch time, i would walk around the campus freely and speak to potential prospects and potential C.O.I.'s... I was in charge of sch. career fairs at both of my high schools and community colleges in the near by area. We tracked all applicants on laptops using Microsoft Excel and R/Tools.
