After decades of volunteer service in the nonprofit sector, our experience was that many of the organizations we worked with lacked the capacity to fully meet their mission. Recognizing that exceptional board development, superior executive leadership, and a vivid vision were critical pieces to enable nonprofits to bridge the most profound gap between vision and mission, that being the financial gap. Therefore the advancement of a nonprofit in these areas provides the opportunity for more successful fundraising and grant strategies.
