Work hard for what you want. Help as many people along the way as you can” is the guiding principle that led to the creation of The Mission Makers. The Marine Corps core values: Honor, Courage and Commitment define the standards by which we do business and hold ourselves accountable. After decades of volunteer service in the nonprofit sector, our experience was that many of the organizations we worked with lacked the capacity to fully meet their mission. Recognizing that exceptional board development, superior executive leadership, and a vivid vision were critical pieces to enable nonprofits to bridge the most profound gap between vision and mission, that being the financial gap. Therefore the advancement of a nonprofit in these areas provides the opportunity for more successful fundraising and grant strategies. We believe that an organization inspired by the mission, empowered through exemplary leadership, and adequately funded exponentially increases their potential impact. Show less
