The store of in-depth knowledge that Robert possesses about his industry in biofuels, most specifically ethanol, is almost shocking. He is a most authoritative expert in his field. More importantly, however, he is an excellent orator, understanding that knowledge is most successfully adopted by others when they can easily digest it from a confident and compelling source. When Robert speaks, people listen and engage. Robert is one of the best public speakers I have encountered in my career thus far. Moreover, Robert is friendly and very approachable. I respected him as a friend as much as a commanding director.

Robert is an early adopter, an innovator, and a friend. I trust his frank advice, judgement, and he has helped me grow in my career.
