  In my role as Product Owner and Solutions Architect at Future Ordering I have had a central responsibility for the direction of the Future Ordering platform. Mostly from a technical side, to ensure we plan and achieve our goals both short-term and long term, but also from a solutions side, ensuring that we focus and prioritize the things which are important and give the most value for our customers. I have constantly been involved in planning discussions with all development teams and provided a discussion partner and/or answers/plans as needed. I have also been responsible for high level current and future architecture of the Future Ordering platform. I have also been striving to raise the level of product roadmap planning to an objectives based planning, to ensure that all teams have a clearer view of the organizational priorities both right now and what is on the horizon.FUTURE ORDERINGOur Self-ordering application enables kiosk ordering, app ordering and responsive web ordering - seamlessly integrated with your Point of Sale, marketing and loyalty system and day-to-day operations. A true multi-channel, cloud platform offered as a SaaS, built based on years of experience and millions of transactions in multinational environments and offered in a way where the experience is fully branded for your organization and you own the relationship with your customers.

  As Head of Development for an organization starting as a start-up and rapidly growing and needing to scale, I have ensured that we have development practices and a development organization which also scales, while putting a focus on having a positive and friendly work environment. A very important part in achieving this was introducing development teams which have ownership and responsibilities over specific systems in the solution. I also had responsibility for systems level architecture, to ensure each team can work and make decisions autonomously without loosing the high level picture. I was also part of the product council determining the product roadmap.   My responsibilities at Future Ordering has been focused mostly on the architecture of the systems making up the Future Ordering product; both systems level architecture and application level architecture.   In my role at The Agents of Sweden AB I have been working with self-service ordering solutions, including web ordering, mobile ordering and kiosk ordering, connected to Oracle Hospitality E-commerce Integration Cloud Service. This self-service ordering solution makes up for around 50 percent of the customers total sales and have increased the average purchase per customer compared to the traditional over-the-counter sales channel. I have been responsible for activities in architecture and development and have introduced automation of build and release procedures which has increased frequency, quality and consistency of deployment greatly.   At Amesto I have had the opportunity to work on a web based supplier portal, where suppliers can manage and send order responses and catalogues according to the Norwegian EHF standard. I have been active in design, architecture, development, automation and second-line support of the system. I was also developing software to support and further the company's main focus; technical documentation, by for example developing custom web parts and additions to SharePoint. Two years later, my role was mostly software development, but still with responsibility for the IT-environment of the organization. During these years, my main development focus was web based systems and SharePoint development.
