Robert Rudder personifies Leadership. He cares about the people and they know it. They admire him for being the vulnerable, generous, engaging leader that he is. Even though Rudd has been gone from inside our YouFit walls for almost a year, his legacy remains alive through many of the lives he changed while being here. It’s rare that I visit a market and don’t talk to at least one person that was motivated by him. He is the real deal. He is always seeking more education and more knowledge not only for his own learning but so that he may know precisely how to help others grow. Robert is always an active listener and a self motivated team player. He is eager to please and always up for a challenge. Robert will bring a team together, he will communicate clearly and he will make sure the team is ready to perform. I thoroughly enjoyed my 4+ years working directly with him. He remains a trusted friend and someone I enjoy discussing emerging trends in the fitness industry with.
